We start with a free consultation to discuss your style, fit preferences, and what you're looking for in terms of comfort. This is a separate session from the measurements — no tape needed yet.
When it's time to measure, we provide a detailed guide with instructions that walk you through each step. You'll need a measuring tape and about 15 minutes. If you have a pair of pants that fit well, you can also send us photos and measurements of those as a reference point. We've refined this process to be accurate and straightforward — even remotely.
One round of alterations is included with every order. If adjustments are needed, simply send us photos showing the fit issues and ship the pants back to us. We'll make the necessary corrections at no additional cost.
Our goal is trousers that fit you perfectly, and we'll work with you until they do.
From final measurements and fabric selection to delivery: 2–3 weeks for construction + shipping time (typically 3–7 days within the EU, 7–14 days worldwide).
The consultation and measurement phase can take anywhere from a few days to a week, depending on your schedule. In total, expect 3–4 weeks from initial contact to wearing your finished trousers.
For clients in Italy and surrounding regions, we're happy to arrange in-person consultations and fittings when schedules allow. This can be particularly helpful for first-time bespoke clients or those who prefer a hands-on experience.
For everyone else, we've developed a comprehensive remote measurement process with detailed photo and video guides that works exceptionally well. Many of our clients prefer this method for its convenience — you can take measurements at home on your own schedule, and we're available via video call if you need real-time guidance.

We work with a curated selection of high-quality wools, wool blends, cottons, and linens suitable for different seasons and occasions. During your consultation, we'll discuss your needs (everyday workwear, special events, climate considerations) and recommend fabrics accordingly.
You're welcome to request specific fabrics or send us material you'd like us to work with — we're flexible.
Yes! Our gallery and Instagram show completed projects and details of our construction. We're also happy to share additional photos during your consultation or answer specific questions about our techniques and finishing.
Because each piece is made to order for your specific measurements, we cannot accept returns for refunds. However, we stand behind our work — if there are fit issues, we'll make alterations until the pants fit correctly.
You may cancel your order before we begin construction (before fabric is cut) for a full refund minus any fabric deposits already paid.

Absolutely. Many clients order 2–3 pairs in different fabrics once they've experienced the fit. After your first pair, subsequent orders are faster since we already have your measurements and fit preferences on file.
